Whether you’re preparing for a special event or just want your pool looking its best, we’ll have it sparkling clean in no time.

Cancellation Policy

Services to be Provided: Sparkly Pool Services agrees to provide a One-Time Basic Pool Cleaning at the Customer’s designated service location. This service includes skimming debris from the water surface, vacuuming the pool floor, brushing walls and tiles, and adjusting the pool’s chemical levels to ensure proper balance. Payment Terms: Payment for the One-Time Basic Pool Service is due prior to the scheduled service date. The Customer may choose to pay by credit or debit card, and the payment must be completed before the service is performed. If the Customer has a card on file, they may request that the charges be processed automatically or complete online payment upon receipt of invoice. Extra Charges: Please note that if the pool is green and filled with algae at the time of service, additional charges will apply to cover the cost of extra chemicals and labor required to restore the pool to a clean and safe condition. These charges will be communicated to the Customer before proceeding with the service. Liability: Sparkly Pool Services will take reasonable precautions to perform the services in a professional and responsible manner. The company is CPO Certified (by the Pool & Hot Tub Alliance) and is insured by Thimble Insurance Services. Termination: This agreement will automatically terminate upon completion of the One-Time Basic Pool Service and the receipt of payment. The Customer is responsible for any outstanding fees. Privacy: All Customer information is kept private and is used solely for administrative purposes by Sparkly Pool Services. This information will not be shared with anyone outside of the organization. Photo Usage: Sparkly Pool Services may take before and after photos of the pool to document the service provided. These photos will be available for the Customer to review upon completion of the cleaning and may be used for marketing purposes unless the Customer indicates their preference to opt out in writing.
