Whether your pool has been out of commission for a while or you need a deep clean after a harsh season, we’ll get your pool back in shape quickly and efficiently.

Cancellation Policy

Services to be Provided: Sparkly Pool Services agrees to perform the Green to Clean Residential Pool Cleaning service at the Customer’s designated service location. This service is specifically designed to restore pools that have turned green due to algae growth or neglect. The service includes shock treatments, thorough brushing, vacuuming, chemical balancing, and filtration adjustments to return the pool to a clean and usable condition. Payment Terms: Due to the variable nature of this service, payment is required in advance. An initial invoice will be sent to the Customer prior to the start of service, based on the estimated severity of the algae growth. Payment must be received before the service is performed. If additional treatments or chemicals are needed beyond the initial estimate, the Customer will be notified, and an additional invoice will be issued. Payment for any additional charges must be received before the service is completed. Additional Charges: The cost of the Green to Clean service is determined by the severity of the algae growth and the amount of chemicals required to effectively clean the pool. If the pool's condition is worse than initially assessed, extra charges will apply to cover the increased chemical usage and additional labor. These charges will be communicated to the Customer before proceeding with the additional work. Service Duration: The Green to Clean process may require multiple visits over several days to achieve the desired results. Sparkly Pool Services will keep the Customer informed of the progress and any additional steps required to complete the service.Liability: Sparkly Pool Services will perform the Green to Clean service with due care and professionalism. However, the Service Provider is not liable for pre-existing damage to the pool or equipment, nor for the inability to achieve a complete restoration if the pool’s condition is beyond repairable limits without significant reconstruction or replacement of components. The results of the service depend on the severity of the algae growth and the condition of the pool at the time of service. Sparkly Pool Services is CPO Certified (by the Pool & Hot Tub Alliance) and is insured by Thimble Insurance Services. Privacy: Customer information is kept private and is used solely for administrative purposes by Sparkly Pool Services. This information will not be shared with anyone outside of the organization.
