Leak Detection Service - POOL ONLY

Cancellation Policy

Service Coverage – Plans cover leak detection services for pools and spas as outlined in the selected plan. Repairs are not included but can be quoted separately. Scheduling – Service visits must be scheduled in advance. Appointments are subject to availability, and rescheduling requires at least 48 hours' notice. Payment Terms – Full payment is required at the start of the plan. Multi-year plans must be paid in full to receive the discounted rate. Cancellation & Refunds – Service plans are non-refundable once the first visit has been completed. Cancellations before the first visit may be eligible for a partial refund. Plan Duration & Expiry – The 1-year plan includes 2 visits within 12 months, and the 2-year plan includes 4 visits within 24 months. Unused visits do not roll over past the plan term. One-Time Service Policy – One-time leak detection includes a full inspection and diagnosis. Additional follow-up services or repairs will be quoted separately. Service Area – Plans apply to pools and spas within our standard service area. Additional travel fees may apply for locations outside this range. Weather & Accessibility – Services may be rescheduled due to severe weather or if the pool/spa is not accessible at the time of service. 💦 By purchasing a Sparkly Service Plan, you agree to these terms.
