Service Description

Our Pool Chemical Testing service ensures that your pool water is perfectly balanced for a safe and enjoyable swimming experience. We conduct precise tests to measure the pH, alkalinity, and sanitizer levels in your pool, making any necessary adjustments to keep the water clear and healthy. Please note, this rate covers the chemical testing process and the addition of chemicals if needed, ensuring your pool stays in optimal condition.

Cancellation Policy

Services to be Provided: Sparkly Pool Services agrees to provide Pool Chemical Testing at the Customer’s designated service location. This service includes the testing of pH, alkalinity, sanitizer levels, and other key water chemistry factors, followed by the addition of necessary chemicals to maintain proper balance. Our goal is to ensure that your pool water remains safe, clear, and properly balanced. Payment Terms: Payment for the Pool Chemical Testing service is required in advance. An invoice will be sent to the Customer prior to the scheduled service, and payment must be received before the service is performed. Customers may pay via credit or debit card, and payment can be automatically processed using the card on file once the invoice is issued. The service will not be carried out until payment is confirmed. Additional Charges: If the pool is found to have excessive algae growth or other severe chemical imbalances, additional chemicals and treatments may be required beyond what is included in the standard service. These additional treatments will incur extra charges, which will be communicated to the Customer before proceeding with the necessary adjustments. Service Scope: The Pool Chemical Testing service is intended for routine maintenance of water chemistry. In cases where the pool’s condition requires more extensive cleaning or algae removal, Sparkly Pool Services may recommend additional services, which will be billed separately. Liability: Sparkly Pool Services will conduct the chemical testing and adjustments with due care and professionalism. However, the Service Provider is not liable for pre-existing issues with the pool or its equipment, nor for the inability to fully restore water balance if the pool's condition requires more extensive intervention. Sparkly Pool Services is CPO Certified (by the Pool & Hot Tub Alliance) and is insured by Thimble Insurance Services. Privacy: Customer information is kept private and is used solely for administrative purposes by Sparkly Pool Services. This information will not be shared with anyone outside of the organization. Termination: This agreement terminates automatically upon completion of the Pool Chemical Testing service and the receipt of payment. The Customer is responsible for any outstanding payments. Cancellation Policy: The Customer may cancel or reschedule the Pool Chemical Testing service by providing at least 24 hours' notice. Late cancellations may incur a fee of $25.
