Services to be Provided: Sparkly Pool Services agrees to conduct a comprehensive inspection of the Customer’s residential pool at the designated service location. This inspection will include a detailed evaluation of the pool’s structure, surfaces, plumbing, pumps, filters, and safety features. The goal of the inspection is to assess the condition of the pool and identify any potential issues. Payment Terms: Payment for the Residential Pool Inspection service is required in advance. An invoice will be sent to the Customer prior to the scheduled inspection date, and payment must be received before the inspection is performed. Customers may pay via credit or debit card, and payment can be automatically processed using the card on file once the invoice is issued. The inspection will not take place until payment is confirmed. Inspection Report: Upon completion of the inspection, Sparkly Pool Services will provide the Customer with a detailed report outlining the findings. This report will include any identified issues, recommendations for repairs or maintenance, and an overall assessment of the pool’s condition. The report is for informational purposes and does not constitute a warranty or guarantee of the pool’s condition. Additional Services: If the inspection reveals issues that require repair or maintenance, Sparkly Pool Services can provide an estimate for the recommended work. The Customer is under no obligation to proceed with the suggested repairs or maintenance through Sparkly Pool Services. Limitations of the Inspection: The inspection conducted by Sparkly Pool Services is visual and non-invasive. It does not include any destructive testing or uncovering of hidden components unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. The inspection is limited to the accessible areas of the pool and its equipment. Liability: Sparkly Pool Services will conduct the inspection with due care and professionalism. However, the Service Provider is not liable for any issues that are not visible or accessible during the inspection. The inspection report reflects the condition of the pool at the time of the inspection and does not guarantee future performance. Sparkly Pool Services is CPO Certified (by the Pool & Hot Tub Alliance) and is insured by Thimble Insurance Services. Termination: This agreement terminates automatically upon completion of the inspection and delivery of the inspection report to the Customer. The Customer is responsible for any outstanding payments.
