Service Description

1. Skimming: Skimming the pool's surface to remove leaves, debris, and other floating particles is a standard practice. This helps maintain water clarity and prevents clogging of the pool's filtration system. 2. Brushing: Brushing the pool's walls, steps, and tile line helps prevent the buildup of algae and other contaminants. It also enhances water circulation for better overall cleaning. 3. Vacuuming: Vacuuming the pool's floor and walls is essential to remove dirt, sediment, and debris that have sunk to the bottom. This helps maintain water clarity and prevents staining. 4. Emptying Skimmer Baskets: Cleaning/emptying skimmer baskets and pump baskets to ensure proper water circulation and prevent blockages in the filtration system. 5. Backwashing (if needed): If your pool has a sand or diatomaceous earth (DE) filter, the technician may backwash the filter to remove trapped debris. 6. Water Chemistry Testing: Regular testing of the pool's water chemistry is essential to maintain proper pH, chlorine or other sanitizer levels, alkalinity, and calcium hardness. Adjustments are made as needed to ensure safe and balanced water conditions. 7. Chemical Treatment: Adding necessary chemicals to the pool to maintain water balance and sanitation. This may include adding chlorine, pH adjusters, algaecides, and other chemicals as needed.

Cancellation Policy

1. Cancellation Period: To provide the best service to all our clients, we require a minimum notice of 1 day for cancellations or rescheduling. 2. Cancellation Fees: Late cancellations or rescheduling may be subject to a cancellation fee of $30. 3. How to Cancel or Reschedule: To cancel or reschedule your appointment, please contact us by phone/text at 469-334-9371 or via email at You will receive confirmation of the cancellation or rescheduling within 2 hours. 4. Emergency Situations: We understand that emergencies can arise, and we will make every effort to accommodate your situation. If you encounter an emergency and need to cancel or reschedule your appointment outside of the cancellation period window, please contact us immediately. We may waive the cancellation fee in such cases, provided you can provide documentation of the emergency. 5. No-Show Policy: If our technician arrives at your location for a scheduled appointment, and you are not present, your backyard gate is locked, and we have not received prior notice, it will be considered a "no-show." No-shows are subject to a cancellation fee equal to $45. 6. Refunds: Cancellation fees are non-refundable. However, if you have prepaid for a service that is canceled in compliance with this policy, you will be credited the amount paid for a future appointment. 7. Service Provider Cancellations: In rare circumstances, we may need to cancel or reschedule your appointment due to unforeseen events or technical issues. We will make every effort to provide you with advance notice and reschedule your service at your convenience. No cancellation fees will apply in such cases. 8. Repeated Cancellations: Repeated last-minute cancellations may result in limitations on your ability to schedule future appointments.
