Service Description

Our Weekly Pool Service is designed for those who want consistent, worry-free pool maintenance. With this service, we take care of all your pool’s cleaning, chemical balancing, and equipment checks, ensuring it’s always in perfect condition. This special rate is exclusively available to customers who sign up for a recurring weekly service agreement, giving you peace of mind and a sparkling pool every time.


Cancellation Policy

Sparkly Pool Services, the Service Provider, agrees to deliver comprehensive pool cleaning, maintenance, and repair services at the Customer’s designated service location. Additional services may be provided based on the agreements made at the time of scheduling. Payment Terms: Recurring Services: Payments for recurring services are due on the first day of each calendar month, covering the services for that month. Customers can pay via credit or debit card, and it is their responsibility to ensure timely payments. Auto-Payment: For ease and convenience, customers can enroll in auto-payment, which will automatically charge the credit card on file on the first day of each month. This ensures that payments are made on time without the need for manual intervention. Late Payment: Payments received after the 15th of the month will incur a $25 late fee. If a payment is 30 days or more overdue, Sparkly Pool Services may engage a collections agency to recover the outstanding balance. Customers may either submit their credit card information for future payments by phone or set up auto-pay electronically upon receiving the first invoice. All payment data will be securely encrypted and stored. Liability: Sparkly Pool Services, certified by the Pool & Hot Tub Alliance and insured by Thimble Insurance Services, will perform services with due care and professionalism. Privacy: Customer information is kept strictly confidential and is used solely for administrative purposes by Sparkly Pool Services. We do not share customer data outside of our organization. Rainy Day Service Policy: Services will continue during rain; however, for safety reasons, vacuuming and brushing will not be performed during lightning storms. The focus will be on maintaining chemical balance and circulation. Regular service rates apply, with no discounts or rescheduling due to weather conditions unless in emergencies.
